I developed a Health and Safety Audit questionaire using Knowledgeworx (
http://www.x-act.com) for another part of Severn Trent Services. This runs on Windows Mobile 5 devices. I developed supporting software for updating the XML question sets and reporting results from the answer sets after the questionaires have been completed.
