I worked on various Access databases including supporting databases for the Synchroweb system which is used to allocate work for 100+ mobile employees. This involved using MS Access to process XML files describing each job and modifying the front end display and reporting software. I worked on developing and testing the upsizing of the Access databases to SQL server in readiness for a move to Citrix delivery.
