Simple Torch Android App

This code is about the simplest thing you can program to do something useful on an Android phone. The app turns the back mounted flash light on and off. Nevertheless because of the proliferation of cameras everywhere on phones nowadays this has become more complicated and a new package manager has been written, CameraManager, to support phones with multiple cameras. This code is the simplest use of the new package.
