After the unexpected attention attracted by the IR35 Press Release the Inland Revenue issued a seven page letter to try and clear up some of the misconceptions surrounding the proposal.

The covering letter addressed some of the most common misconceptions directly.

The other two documents described how the Inland Revenue expected the scheme to work and the other described some specific situations and showed, by way of illustration if the situation would be caught by the new rules.
